CBT THERAPY

Anxiety can be a very annoying and debilitating condition which can leave you feeling helpless and put of control. Let me help you make that connection to access your own power so you can get control of your own emotional state and get back in the driving seat of your own life. 

Each session is tailored to your needs and this is a general guide:
You will be guided into a state of mental and physical relaxation. You are not asleep. Acceptable suggestions will then be given to the subconscious mind to change the old thought patterns to new thought patterns which you do want. This may last from up to 90 minutes depending on what we are working on to change. 
At the end of the session you will emerge with these new thought patterns established.
